ORDERING
What if my code is not working?
If you’re organization code is not working, please contact Customer Service.
What if the form is closed?
Once a form has closed, we are no longer able to accept orders on that particular form. If there are any questions regarding the closing date of your organizations form, please contact the coach or leader.
What method of payment can I use?
At this time, we accept MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa.
Is there sales tax?
Effective March 1, 2010 sales tax will be collected on all orders. The rate will be based on the shipping address and applicable state and local taxes.
Why am I required to pay sales tax?
Merchants are required to collect sales tax when the customer is in the same state or the merchant has “substantial nexus” in the customer’s state. “Nexus is typically defined by physical presence, but may also be defined by business activity, affiliation or other kind of presence.”
How do I edit my order?
You may change a size or remove an item on your order as long as the form has not closed. Once the form is closed, changes are not able to be made. If you would like to add an item to your order or change the size of an item on your order, please email Customer Service.
Can I combine orders?
Orders from different forms are not able to be combined.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as the form has not closed. Orders are final once the form as closed. To cancel your order, please email Customer Service.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
What shipping options are available to me?
Effective March 1, 2010 orders that are set up to ship to the school or organization will be charged a $3.00 shipping & handling fee. Please contact the coach or leader of your organization to find out if your order will be shipped to the school or to your address.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping.

Where is my order?
Once the form is closed, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for production and an additional time for shipping.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Once a form has closed, there is a very small window of opportunity to correct incorrect shipping addresses, and you can only change a shipping address if your order has not been processed. To check on an order status, please contact Customer Service. We will do our best to fulfill your request. If your address cannot be changed prior to delivery, we will need to wait for the package to be returned back to us as undeliverable.
What do I do if my order was delivered to the wrong address?
The carrier delivered my package to the wrong address, what do I do? E-mail Customer Service.

When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be authorized at the time the order is placed. The card will be charged when the form is closed.
RETURN / EXCHANGE QUESTIONS
What is the Return Policy?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on customized items, unless they are defective. Every item that we sell meets our highest standards for quality. It is our experience that through proper care and use almost all defects will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason, you may return any defective item for 60 days after the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Please contact your organization’s leader to return defective merchandise.
Shoes: Only new/unused goods returned to us within 30 days of invoice date by customer will be accepted. Only goods that are in original packaging and new original condition will be accepted for credit. The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping will only be refunded in instances where the return is a result of our error. All new/non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Freight/shipping return costs are not refundable. Returns that do not meet the terms and conditions above, and are returned to LIDS Team Sports, will be disposed of and are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS
How do I know if the product shown on the form is sized for men or women?
If the product is sized for women, it will be indicated in the name of the item. Otherwise it is in men’s size only.
How do I know if youth sizes are available?
If the product is available in youth sizes, it will be shown on the size drop down box. Youth sizes begin with the letter ‘Y’. If you do not see sizes beginning with ‘Y’ they are adult sizes.
What is my size?
If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the sizing charts that we provided to determine the correct size.
